We currently deliver everywhere in Algeria through trusted delivery partners.
Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared and handed over to the delivery service within 24–72 hours (working days).
Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on your wilaya and the delivery company, but in most cases:
– 2 to 5 working days for major cities and nearby areas
– 5 to 10 working days for other wilayas
You will be informed by phone or SMS when your order is on its way or ready for delivery.
Delivery Method
Most parcels are delivered to your address or to a nearby relay point, depending on the delivery partner and your location.
Payment on Delivery (COD)
For most orders, you can pay Cash on Delivery (COD). Please make sure you are available to receive the parcel and have the exact amount ready when the delivery agent arrives.
If other payment methods become available (card, online payment, etc.), they will be clearly shown at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Because we sell food products and consumables, we must respect strict hygiene and safety rules.
Eligible Returns
We may accept returns only if:
– The product is unopened and in its original packaging
– The product is still within its expiration date
– The product was damaged during transport or you received the wrong item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with:
– your order number
– a photo of the product and its packaging
– a short explanation of the issue
We will review your case and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of:
– opened packages
– products that have been used or altered
– products damaged due to incorrect storage or handling after delivery
Order Cancellation
You can request to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Once the parcel is handed over to the delivery service, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as quickly as possible and provide your order number.
